All users of any part of the Site system are expected to comply with applicable copyright laws. However, if DeGamerZone receives proper notice of claimed copyright infringement, it will respond expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, provided that all such claims have been investigated and determined to be valid by DeGamerZone in its sole and absolute discretion. DeGamerZone endeavors to respond to such notices within a reasonable timeframe, generally within 48 hours of receipt.
REPEATED INFRINGERS
In appropriate circumstances, DeGamerZone may, at its sole discretion, deauthorize users of its system or network who are repeat infringers. A “repeat infringer” is any user who has uploaded multiple copyrighted content for which we have received takedown requests.
ACCOMMODATION OF STANDARD TECHNICAL MEASURES
It is DeGamerZone’s policy to respect and not interfere with standard technological measures that the company considers appropriate under the circumstances, i.e. technological measures employed by copyright owners to identify or protect copyrighted works. Examples of such measures may include digital rights management technologies and watermarking.
